The ACM FAccT 2023 will be held in Hyatt Regency McCormick Place (You can start to book your hotel stay at Hyatt with the special group rate here) in Chicago from Monday 12 through Thursday 15 in June 2023. Our online platform (we are using Hopin) will be open from June 11-15, 2023.
The ACM FAccT conference organizers seek to foster an accessible and inclusive conference. We recognize that ACM FAccT 2023 attendees have differing abilities to pay, and have instituted a tiered pricing program to accommodate different financial needs.
In striving for a conference cost that is affordable for all, we also have deeply discounted rates available for those registering in countries designated by ACM as "economically developing." To receive the discount code for registration, please be sure to note your country during the CVENT registration process. As part of our diversity and inclusion efforts, FAccT 2023 will again provide grants meant to lower barriers of access to the conference. Grants available this year are:
Travel Grants: Grants to cover the cost of travel to the conference, including flights, hotel, subsistence.
Registration Fee Waivers: A limited number of fee waivers, intended for those who otherwise could not attend the conference, and in particular to increase participation by civil society organizations.
Internet bandwidth grants: Intended to cover extra costs of internet access if your current internet bandwidth is a barrier to your participation in the conference.
Carer grants: Intended to cover extra costs for caring for dependents if your caretaker responsibilities are a barrier to your participation in the conference.

ACM FAccT Volunteers will receive a discount coupon providing free registration for the conference.
